This is a bit of a follow up to a post I wrote in December 2012. That post dealt with how emissions from cooking are calculated in SAP 2009 (if you don’t know what I’m talking about, and/or want further detail, I recommend reading that post). Part way through I wondered about comparing the energy use from appliances and lighting as calculated by SAP with that calculated by BREDEM-12. This post deals with those comparisons.
