Like so many northern cities, Manchester was a place Heather had never been before. A small gig by a little band seemed a good enough reason to correct that, so in we took a train north.

With a double bank holiday Heather and I left the home in search of egg laying bunnies heading, like for the coast at Hastings.
Shortly before christmas Heather and I took a trip up north to my home town. For various reasons it actually turned into quite a long stay of an entire week, with music, museums and a park at night.
