Now that I’ve built this thing, do I have anything to actually say? You would think that my having gone to the trouble of building it would have been a sign that I did do. The truth is though that messing around with web pages is these days something of a means to its own end. One section of this site currently states I used to have fun; I suppose putting this together constitutes something in the way of what passes for fun.

I could of course talk about the reason it says that, the reason my old site is more or less offline, why I’ve allowed building this site to occupy my time for the last few weeks. But I’m not ready to yet. Can’t do so yet. Then my brain asks, “what does that leave to talk about then?”

I suppose the answer is, we shall see.
